Editorial method

Evidence first. Uncertainty visible.

The publication is designed to remain useful without pretending that public data removes investment risk.

01

Source hierarchy

Issuer filings and regulator materials come first. Investor-relations releases supplement rather than replace filed financial statements. Secondary commentary is used only for context and should be labeled.

02

Date discipline

Every company-specific figure should carry a period end, publication date, and source link. Undated “current” numbers are excluded unless a documented live-data provider is added by a future operator.

03

Formula transparency

Calculations state their numerator, denominator, period, and adjustments. Illustrative examples are labeled and never presented as actual securities data.

04

No hidden ranking

The framework is a research organizer, not a proprietary recommendation engine. It does not assign buy, hold, sell, safety, or suitability labels.

05

Corrections

Material factual corrections should identify what changed, when, and why. A future operator should maintain a visible corrections log before publishing recurring company coverage.

Boundary

Education is not individualized advice.

Dividend Time does not know a reader’s objectives, finances, tax circumstances, time horizon, or risk tolerance. Its tools organize user-entered facts; they do not determine whether a security is appropriate for any person.
